FINALLY finished with my Color and Design Theory hw!
The theme was “A Secret Place.”
“Think of places you go to collect yourself, to gather strength, to create, to think, to dream. What are the characteristics of this place? Would it be indoors or outdoors? Open or enclosed? Intimate or vast?”
I chose to do my favorite places from the Kingdom Hearts series: Dark City (The World That Never Was), Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden, Traverse Town, Twilight Town, Land of Departure, and Destiny Islands.
I’m so proud of myself for following the rules: NO X-ACTO knife, NO drawing then cutting (or drawing at all), use just the paper provided (a stack of 20 colors and tracing paper), ONLY freehand scissor-cutting or tearing, and use rubber cement.
“One sky, one destiny.” <3

Fashion Sketching for Design II final in progress.
We get two weeks to work on it and so this is week one. I’m so happy that it’s right up my alley. It’s bridal wear and one has to be before the 1950s and then turn that look to be modern. There’s two modern wedding looks: short and long.
